Reese's prides itself on customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the products in your order, or if you did not receive the timely and respectful service you expect from us, please tell us! And of course, once you become a satisfied customer, we would also love to hear from you! We only sell quality products that are completely covered by the Manufacturers Warranty. The Manufacturer's Toll Free 800 number is always posted at the top of every page. And your shipment can be tracked by simply clicking the "Order Tracking" link on the left hand side of every page on our site.

If you were unable to get your questions answered by calling the manufacturers Toll Free Support Number at the top of each product's page, we will be happy to try to answer for you. These questions and any questions regarding your order or shipment can be directed to our support staff by emailing us here.

Our primary shipping carrier is UPS.

Our standard method of shipping within the continental US is 3-day select, a 3-business day service which does not include the day of pickup.

Please note that standard UPS 3-Day orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Rush orders placed prior to 2PM EST will ship the same day excluding weekends and holidays. Rush orders placed after 2PM EST will ship the following Business day. Order processing includes credit card verification procedures and inventory allocation.

The agreement below contains important information concerning your rights and obligations when purchasing from iPress2000, Inc. Please read this document carefully. By making a purchase from iPress2000, Inc., you are agreeing to abide by the terms of this agreement.

Governmental restrictions may apply to the purchases of electronic equipment, including computers, peripherals and software.

WARRANTIES

The Manufacturer's Toll Free 800 number is always posted at the top of every page. Most of the products sold by Reese's are subject to a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty provided by the manufacturer is the first place to look for assistance with difficulties with your purchase. Reese's is prepared to help you obtain warranty service in the unlikely event you run into any difficulties. However, we do not offer any separate or additional warranty other than the limited, express warranty, if any, offered by the manufacturer.

Some manufacturers have returns restrictions that prevent Reese's from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on their products. Products from manufacturers such as Compaq, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Toshiba, Epson and others are not returnable to Reese's FOR ANY REASON. All support as well as exchanges or replacements for DEFECTIVE merchandise, including within the first 30 days of ownership, must be handled directly with the product manufacturer. Reese's cannot accept any returns nor offer replacement, exchanges or credit for ANY product missing the UPC code. Only the product manufacturer can replace any DEFECTIVE item missing the UPC sticker.

Warranties and warranty service from vendors varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please contact us with questions on applicable warranties before purchase. After purchase, you should contact the manufacturer first for the most knowledgeable assistance with warranty issues, as they can best resolve your warranty issues. If you have difficulties, please contact us. We would be happy to assist with the resolution of any issues, But again, we do not offer any warranty on products separate or in addition to the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

RETURNS

All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt.

You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise. Simply email us here for an RA number.

All returned packages will be inspected for conformance with our published RETURNS CRITERIA, to determine if the return is eligibile for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Please be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return. Returns processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your return is received.

HARDWARE RETURNS

Only store credit or merchadise exchange is available on hardware returns. Printers that have had ink cartridges or toner installed are non-returnable unless they are DOA or completely non-functional upon first use. Please contact a service representative with any questions about our return policies.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept defective exchanges on products within 30 days of original invoice date. Reese's shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS

Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items that are returnable by Reese's to product manufacturers may, at Reese's sole discretion, be accepted for return. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE and such returns will be for store credit or refund at Reese's discretion within 30 days of original invoice date. Please email us here if you have questions about which products are returnable, which products may be subject to a restocking fee or for an explanation of circumstances under which a restocking fee may be charged.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

If you notice shipping damage upon delivery of goods to one or more of the boxes, please note the fact with the driver. Please email us here within 7 days of receipt of the damaged parcel. Once a claim has been made, Reese's will work with UPS to have the damaged goods picked up. We will arrange for repair or replacement of your product at no additional charge to you.

REFUSED ORDERS

All refused orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, refused orders may be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products to Reese's.

REBATES and PRODUCT REGISTRATIONS

Products must be unregistered in order to be eligible for return. If a mail in rebate has been filed for, the product will be ineligible for return.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Return merchandise cannot be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. To obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) please email us here. Reese's will NOT accept returns without a Return Authorization number.

In order to obtain credit for any equipment purchase, you must return the equipment including all manuals, blank registration cards, accessories and packing materials, etc, in the original packaging. The equipment must not be damaged in any way. Reese's will NOT accept incomplete returns.

Returned goods must be shipped freight-prepaid and insured.

Check Your Return

ALL products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer. A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged in the event ANY item(s) included in the original shipment to you is not present in the returned package. Items sent for return consideration will be immediately denied and ReeseÕs return policy will not be honored in the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged.

All items will be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement will NOT be issued.

The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:

  • Products which are improperly packaged
  • Products returned to Reese's in non-qualified shipping container
  • Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering
  • Products with any standard certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code)
  • Products or packages with barcode label removed
  • Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice (Reese's maintains serial number tracking)
  • DAMAGE: Cracked components or damage to any circuit boards
  • DAMAGE: Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting
  • DAMAGE: Torn or punctured tape seals
  • DAMAGE: Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners
  • Product Categories: CPUÕs, notebooks and other items so labeled with a security seal will not be accepted for return

Email Reese's for a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers will expire after 14 days. Any return we receive without an RA number will be documented and returned to you.

Ship and Insure Your Return

We recommend that you insure the package you are returning, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with "proof of delivery". Reese's shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable. At our discretion Reese's may reimburse shipping charges related to the EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE products. If you have any questions about shipping reimbursement for DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES please request clarification in the email for your return authorization number.

If Your Return does not qualify

In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you. Please email us here at Reese's to discuss alternative resolutions for difficulties with products not qualifying for return or exchange.
